Bo is a real favourite in our herd, and has sired an impressive list of Supreme, Champion, and Multi Champion winners, progeny that have won 100 championships and reserves.   His progeny regularly excel in breed, most attractive head, best movement and jumping classes.   Whilst his own progeny are still out there winning Supremes in 2002, now his grandprogeny are winning Supremes and Multi Championships.  This stallion is a gem!

Bo produces foals in a wide range of colours as he carries both the dilute and chestnut genes, he has produced quite a few palominos and buckskins.   Bo is well recognised as a size reducer, the majority of his foals mature smaller than their dams, he has sired many A minis from B mares.    His nature is superb, one of the gentlest stallions you will ever find, and he is excellent running with his broodmares.   He is truly a stallion that we are proud to own.

Since Bo's retirement from the showring, he has continued to win many hipoint awards over the years due to the huge success of his progeny, including

Nationwide Sire of the Year 2000, Taranaki 98 Sire of the Year, Taranaki 99 Runner Up Sire of the Year, Taranaki 2000 Supreme A Sire of the Year, NZMHA 2000 Region 4 Get of Sire, Taranaki 2001 Supreme A Sire of the Year, and in 2001 was honoured onto the NZ Roll o f Honour, progeny of sire.  STOP PRESS - Bo just won the 2002 Taranaki Overall Supreme Sire of the Year!!!
